Perfect fit, but doesn't snap tightly together

The material of this protective case is good quality and the fit is perfect. However, the two halves of the case don't lock in place. Unlike what the description says, it needs some adhesive to keep them together, otherwise they're just loose and fall apart. It would be ideal if either the four posts were slightly flared so that they would lock into the holes in the other half, or if there were some locking tabs.
