I purchased two keyboards. I received one working unit and one broken unit. I contacted the Seller who responded very slowly in an intermittent back-and-forth over the course of a MONTH, explaining more or less that this just happens sometimes. They were unwilling to replace the broken unit, claiming instead that they would record a video explaining how I could fix it myself. However, the Seller then just ghosted me completely. After trying for several weeks to get a response, I contacted Tindie with screenshots of the conversation and got a refund.
