Great idea and craftsmanship, neat example of DL1414 use

For Retro Clock with 2 HPDL1414 LED Displays

Absolute blast to use and great communication with developer. Looking forward for next great use of DL1414, DL2416 and DL3416 -> go retro :)

Nice little clock

For Retro Clock with 2 HPDL1414 LED Displays

Well made compact little clock.

Due to the led display and the small battery it only runs for handful of hours before needing a recharge.
Because of this I leave it plugged in but this means that the bright recharging led turns on. I've placed a tiny bit of tape on the front to cover this led up as it shines quite brightly in the dark.

How about adding a countdown function including a tenths of a second display for that Hollywood Clock of Doom effect.

Should really use a larger resistor to dim down the charging LED, piece of black tape helps as well of course.

The code got a bit on the large side and with all the different alarm functions. I initially thought about a timer as well.

But, I am working on a Kitchen timer based on the wonderful Nixie tubes, maybe it will be something of interest to you. As the code is still in the works, I am open to suggestions and ideas :-) and if you end up ordering it, just remind me and I make the charging LED dimmer, could even replace it by a IR Led, for the stealth look.

Good Product, But need some improvement

For OLEDiUNO Spectrum Analyzer with 3 display modes

I liked the product. But there is a need for gain control. Without gain control it is of little use.....

Thank you for your review. This spectrum analyzer is set up for pre-amp levels as most are. If you need it to work with lower levels you can just and a small pre-amp module sold for a few bucks to gain volume. They do come with 3.5mm jacks so it will be a simple hockup.
