For MU ltiple - A simple passive multiple for modular

Great kit! The tinned bare traces on black matte solder mask looks quite nice.

It took a month to Western Canada, but for an over-Christmas shipment (and with all the other crap going on lately) covering that much distance for that low of a price, I can't complain. Sourcery had great communication when I grew impatient. There was something about a tracking number being automatically applied, but not ever registering in the PostNord online tracking system, so I was getting worried that it never made it past his post office.

I would've liked to see text & photo instructions, but the video works too. I had a little trouble with the 'shared' ground tabs causing jack misalignment when I went to put the panel on, but that's what I get for not checking out the instructions first. It turned out fine in the end.

I like the circuit design a lot! Previously I only had a DIY'd (protoboard) dual 3-way multi, and getting a fourth in there meant wasting two jacks and a cable - so it's quite an upgrade. It'd be sweet to see a version of it with an SPDT switch, for example, sending one rhythm to one of two different voices, or selecting a rhythm for one voice from two different sources.

DIYers must have

For POW - Modular Power Panel

Great tool for diy-modulebuilding. Having a power rail on front panel makes life easier. Only missing star is from the front socket beeing too deep compared to panel. For general safety it might be handy to have cover for the socket included

Thanks for the feedback. I want to comment that I do send along an empty 16 pin socket, that is supposed to be used as a cover for the front panel socket.

There's always a use for a multiplier. The design is quite genius for its simplicity and the front panel is cool as hell. I'd recommend it for beginners and advanced alike. It's a must-have utility module.

Great beginner module for a first build

One of the reasons i wanted to get into DIY eurorack, has been Kristians youtube channel where he does his Modular in a Week series. This has been my first DIY build, it was cheap and Kristian has been very helpful.

This module was easy to understand and build, and added some functionality i desperately need, while also looking great.

Good cheap solution for all your mixing problems

This was a nice easy build.. clear with video next to it, but would have preferred a little more documentation than only the schematics. Print-out has my preference with building over a video, but that could be personal of course ;-)
The only problem what I have with it; the holes are drilled in a unlucky fashion so that's it taking extra space in my eurorack, but hey for this price you can't complain too much right? :)

Great little kit, if I could add one improvement it would be the inclusion of a jack to more easily fit a 12v AC supply - I had to cut the jack off one I had and just solder the wires on. I know I could do better, but i'd have to buy more parts and I'm being lazy :)

Easy to do - my first solder job in years - and great video for novices like me - thank you!

I gave shipping 4 stars rating since it was included, but shipping from Sweden to West Coast Canada took 33 days. This was somewhat expected, but still sucks when you are waiting for a new project to show up...COVID delays are real folks, lol. Kristian was super responsive and helpful when I contacted him, which is great.

The instruction video for building this is good. This is a pretty simple DIY project. It has a couple tight spots, but nothing to be concerned about. This thing can be customized in several ways to suit your needs, and you can go back and change it fairly easy if you want to. This is a great project for beginners, totally recommend it.

Thanks for a great little kit!

Great to start

I'm just starting on eurorack and DIY and the psu was my first DIY projects I bought. I was a bit worried to start but everything went really well. I've done following his video that he goes through all the process making it easier to follow.
So, overall it's a cheap way to start on eurorack and to start DIY!
Also arrived super fast!

It's super cheap, very easy to assemble, and is extremely small. Not the flashiest module in the rack, but just try doing anything without a mixer! There was a video tutorial the demonstrated every step of the assembly process clearly, as well.

Easy to build, the V1.4 video talks you through the whole process - though as another buyer mentioned, soldering the jack grounds is a little fiddly, I found soldering cut leads to them before soldering them to the board was the easiest way. And the parcel made it to the uk within a week, great.

Not bad, room for improvement

Assembling the mixer was quick and easy although you need to follow the schematics instead of a PCB diagram, so for beginners without electronics skills this could be a big challenge. On the schematics some caps had different values, even on the revision notes, so prepare for some surprises along the way. Also keep in mind that although this is a kit, there is no power cable or screws in box, which I kind of expected.

If you need a really simple and clean power supply then look no further.

Designed for Eurorack projects but can be used for many other things as well - as i have done!

I got two - one for a fixed system and another to play on my bench.
