Excellent simple mixer you can put together quickly.

One minor note would be the documentation and video are for an eariler version of the board so you need work out the difference yourself.

Also, easier to put in the grounding for the sockets as you go rather than leave them all till the end - but to be fair maybe that is just personal preference!

Worked first time and does exactly what it says on the tin!

Great little unit with a lot of funtionality. Very easy build, the face plate and the pcb make this not only very easy but also very neat and tidy. This is a great inexpensive build for beginners like myself and a very handy addition to my rack.
Took 10 days to get from Sweden to the USA during the great plague of 2020 Which is fantastic! ( the delivery time, not the plague which is obviously not fantastic.)

An excellent mixer, simple to build & easy to use! The existing build video is out of date but covers all the basics for building it. I love the ability to have the stereo and inverted outputs. Works a treat, however i may end up switching out 2 of the 10K resisters for higher versions for hot modules (as described in the video).

Easy as heck to build and good quality components and great value!!!!! I want to purchase a few more but they are out of stock! :(!!!

First step made easier

When you're about to dive into the sea of modular synths, the first obstacle is affortable power source. This is a perfect price range for your first modular. Documentation could be more specific about the requirements of the AC/AC adapter this needs.

Excellent kit to start off a rack

Been a fan of the MIAW YouTube series for a while and its been a fundamental learning tool for me as I've been learning about DIY modular - not to mention entertaining. I've been building along with the series, making do with a couple of 9v batteries for power, but now I want to build a rack and this module is the perfect kit to begin! Super simple (only needed the schematic to check stuff) it practically built itself and everything tested just fine. So now I have a nice clean source of power - time to build the rack and upgrade the modules I've done. No doubt I'll be back here to get the PSU expansion boards before long.
PS. Delivery was a couple of weeks which, considering the current state of things, was not bad at all - excellent communication from the seller!

Great power distribution board

A cleaver solution to manufacturing the distribution boards.Supplied at a great price and shipped very quickly.

My only recommendation would be advise the user to joint the PCBs together before soldering the IDC connectors.

On the whole a super product, I'm very happy.

Power Supply 2 - Great project for learning about power

This little power supply kit is a great buy, from a Tindie seller who has been quietly building some fantastic things since the shops opening. This was my first purchase from this seller, and one of the first purchases from Tindie, and I'm extremely glad I bought it.

The only slight complaint I have is that the PSU documentation doesn't list the current output. I would be curious to know.

a well thought out board design

I like the layout of these boards. build quality looks ok. There is no documentation (none is needed) and i didn't have to communicate with the seller, but you have to rate, so based on other products i've given good ratings.

a nice little kit

A very straight forward build, well demonstrated. the circuit is basic, but works well. It might have been better if a make / model of wall wart was recommended, but it was reasonably easy to find one that suits, even though nearly all search engines insist on prioritizing results for dc output types.

Very useful piece of kit

For +/-12V Powersupply for Eurorack or DIY synths

I recently purchased one of these to follow with the Modular in a Week series on YouTube by Kristian Blasol. The kit was very easy to assemble and works perfectly, very useful when testing circuits. If you are to be following this series I’d suggest buying two, as I wired one into my rack and realised it was a bit of hassle to then quickly test new circuits as I’d have to remove modules to access the power supply. I’d advise to also buy some JST XH two pin and three pin Male and female connectors to easily connect to this. Overall very happy with this product.

This is perfect for prototyping Eurorack format modules. I did some previous ones on stripboards, but the central power rail on this one makes layout easier. Be sure to watch the instruction video before you start soldering. power connectors need to be soldered BEFORE the ICs. Small caveat, not a mistake this is by design and because you would not have the powerrail otherwise.

Super awesome

Kristian is very helpful, and have made a bunch of videos about modules, and how to use this board. The board works great, and it saved me a bunch of patchwork with this supernice layout, and the mods I've done became super simple because the board is very versatile. This will be my go to board for the modules that require big chips, or more then one chip, because I don't need to route the common signals using wire. This will probably work very good for multiple small modules as well
