Had to Email more than a week after ordering to even get product shipped. 2 boards, both arrived with solder drops in random places, 1 board arrived with out the capacitors installed for the voltage regulator. Emailed seller again. Still no response. Bottom line the product is a great idea, but the seller is not paying attention to his business, he is not paying attention to the quality of what is shipped or when, and he doesn't respond properly. Other reviews confirm, the seller always has an excuse for why he is failing to respond. So SAD! Will be filling a dispute with the Credit Card company to get a refund, so BAD EXPERIENCE sums it up!!!!!

It was a pretty bad selling experience too - I think my worst. The whole thing happened during an intensely busy week - Buyer said they wished to return the boards for a refund... citing problems which were largely cosmetic, plus one case where it appeared that they had removed two capacitors to make the board appear defective. The attitude they gave me was most definitely the worst I've gotten from a Tindie customer in over five years of business. Before I had even had a chance to respond to their email, they had escalated the issue with Tindie twice (As I said, it was an exceptionally busy week... and when you get such an aggressive email it takes some time to figure out what to say). Tindie gave them the refund and they said they would send the boards back, and I consented to the return and refund.

As I expected, customer vanished the instant he had his refund - Tindie didn't wait for any evidence that they'd made any moves towards returning the boards. Maybe they realized that the boards were just fine, and having gotten their refund, decided they didn't want to return the boards after all. Maybe they are lazy and dishonest, and just didn't bother. In any event, he came out of the whole thing with two free boards, while I was out the cost of 2 boards, shipping, and now have a slanderous 1-star review.
