I ordered a board with the Transistor: DMT10H010LPS (100Vds, 4.5Vgs) with gate driver option.
I'm using it to drive a dual color temperature 24V LED strip at 20Khz with a Raspberry Pi Pico.
Seems to be working well. Probably overkill for my application.

One minor issue with the board is that the silkscreen numbers of the signal pins are in the wrong order on the reverse side of the board.
I didn't catch that when I was first soldering things together.

This board supports Spence's DxCore (or vice versa)

Documentation is monumental, considering he's supporting anyone with a AVR128DX. Buy his boards to support the DxCore library!

Arrived as fast as you can expect with USPS and was shipped promptly.

I soldered the FTDI header on there, plugged in my adapter and I was off. Board worked first time no problem (with Blink, I didn't give it anything fancy).

I'm giving him a 5 for comms, since even before I bought a board, he's been engaged with anyone asking questions on GitHub discussions.

Excellent product for familiarization with AVR128 family

Congrats to Spence Konde. Not only this board but also the library provided by the author for the Arduino IDE are nice resources that I am using to migrate a project from ATmega2560 to AVR128DA64.
As an improvement, I suggest replacing the silkscreen numerical sequence of pins (1, 2, etc) with the more meaningful port names (PA0, PA1, etc).
And I'm also looking forward to the inclusion of the DX family in the Visual Studio IDE which I personally prefer over the Arduino IDE.
My choice for the cheaper international shipping method was more expensive and a little longer than shopping from China, but they don't sell Azduino boards... ;-)

Best prototype BB boards for the price

For ATTiny841/84 breakout w/serial header (bare board)

Developing an outdoor, totally automated Aquaponics system within a small greenhouse. Sun tracking solar panels, wind shear damped turbine generator and 3.5kw inverter. Multiple MCU attiny AVRs devices for sensor daq conditioning and measurements.

So, before having my final PCBs fabricated, the Tindie BBs were PERFECT for testing each sub-system. Very pleased with these low cost boards.

Good, but confusing

For AVR128DA development board - Arduino compatible!

The board is built well and I am glad to have the chip's pins well broken out. However, I found the mapping of pins on the board to the chip to DxCore highly lacking. There does not appear to be documentation that equates "Arduino pin 1" to a pin on the AVR128DA. I had to resort to looking at the arduino_pins.h file to find the mapping.

These were my first adventure in surface mount components back in March 2020 and they make great little micro-controller units fo all sorts of projects. Documentation available through the product page gives components and setup/programming information. If you have not done through hole soldering you may not be ready for these. Awesome prototyping board to play with

For AVR128DA development board - Arduino compatible!

Nicely thought out design that lets you get to the features lurking inside this DA-series microcontroller. Whilst it included headers, I soldered on some of my own socket headers for easy direct plug in of bits and pieces. The onboard regulator, LED and pushbutton are nice inclusions, as well as the space for the external crystal which I haven't taken advantage of yet. Two minor annoyances on this revision of the board: The first is my aging eyes struggle a bit with the low contrast between the mustard-y solder mask and the white silkscreen, but it's fine when I put the magnifiers on. The second minor issue is the UPDI pin is mislabeled, but I think that's fixed now. Overall, this is a well made little piece of kit and recommended if you want to experiment with the Microchip DA series. Also recommend tracking the updates to the core as the software is evolving pretty quickly.

Regarding silkscreen.... It's, ah... not your eyes.... I can spot solder bridges on QFN parts from several feet away, and I have trouble with the silkscreen on some of these boards. For whatever reason, the silkscreen came out much worse on the DA-series boards than previous designs that used that color scheme. I've decided to ditch the yellow solder mask moving forward - it was originally chosen so that you could look at the board under the right light, and see the traces... I'm not sure that's the right metric to use; it certainly isn't particularly useful on these boards. I think I'm going to do green w/ENIG on AVR breakout boards moving forward - it looks beautiful, the silkscreen is clearly visible, everyone loves ENIG, and the cost of these boards is the design effort, not the production cost.

The RESET and UPDI pins look correct on the current version of the boards; did you somehow get your hands on a Rev. -? I didn't think any of those made it out the door - but hmm - the silkscreen on those was also worse...

And ah, yeah, I second his recommendation to keep an eye on the software libraries! Particularly on the Dx-series parts (ie. these ones, as opposed to the tinyAVR 0-series and 1-series supported by megaTinyCore). As development progresses, the amount of effort required to produce a given amount of improvement in the core increases, causing progress to sort of plateau. DxCore isn't at that point yet - there are lots of places where I can get excellent return on development effort still.

Great deal for hassle-free LoRaWAN communication

For LoRaWAN RN2483/RN2903 Breakout board (Assembled)

I use the RN2483 breakout board in combination with a Espruino Pico and a MaxBotix Ultrasonic sensor. There were no issues wiring the whole thing up, there are some examples on Espruino side, some of them a little bit outdated. In my product I put a focus on power consumption, and setting the RN2483 to sleep and wake it up only when it is needed to transmit a sensor value via LoRaWAN worked excellent: There is no overhead in communication, the RN2483 just keeps registered into the LoRaWAN network and remembers all setting in memory. What I also like that the RN2483 takes away the burden from me in regards to Adaptive Data Rate (ADR) and compliance with respect to regulated duty cycle limits.
What I missed was the ability to directly attach a FTDI-Serial-to-USB cable to the device, in order to directly using a terminal application on the PC in order to communicate with the device. I think the issue is that this cable has 5V signal levels, while the RN2483 expects 3.3V signal levels.

Well made and designed, up and running quickly!

For ATtiny84 project board

Well made boards, I was able to get an ATtiny84A up and running quickly with the typical power capacitors and an ISP header, the Arduino IDE and TinyCores. I am using the through hole board and the major connections are easy to determine. I prefer screw terminals for power rather than a barrel connector, and am looking for a place to mount one on the board. There are two groups of three holes in an L shape on the lower right quadrant of the board with VCC, GND and another pad that I am unclear of the purpose, I think there is an 'S' next to one of them. Using these for LED lighting effects on model railroads and learning MPLAB IDE. And Spence, THANKS for TinyCores!!!

Great product let down by USPS poor export handling

Board perfect but Software issue?

For ATtiny1634 dev. board w/Optiboot (assembled)

I have been working using your board for my projects. It really does the job. Perfect!
But I encountered an issue with your ATtinyCore. When trying to use PB3 as an IO-port it fails. I was not able to put this port into input, output or use it as an pwm. Looks like frozen. Is it restricted for internal purposes / alternate function? Can anyone help?

As we discussed over on github (thanks for your help investigating this), it was determined that this is a design flaw in the ATtiny1634 chip; it is listed at the very bottom of the datasheet in the errata section (what a very conspicuous location for it) - PB3 (Arduino pin 14) does not function reliably as an input when the watchdog timer is not running (for both analog and digital reads), and is internally (weakly) pulled down. A note describing this will be added to the pinout diagram on the product page and core documentation.

It works fine as an output. If the watchdog timer is enabled, it works fine for both digital and analog reads.

Just what I needed.

For LoraWAN RN2903 breakout w/PCB antenna (assembled)

I was planning to use the RN2903 with Microchip's PCB antenna for a design, but wanted to test the range performance before committing to the PCB antenna. By connecting a USB/serial converter between this board and a PC, I was able to quickly do a range test with two of these breakout boards. Make sure the USB/serial converter has a 3.3v interface, as some only have 5v signal lines.

For ATtiny85 Project Board

This board has all the features I needed to test out the circuit I've been working on before I order my own custom boards.. right down to the voltage regulator and mosfets.. once I had one of the boards in hand it was a joy to see everything I plan on using has a location on this board so I can fully test my circuit.
Only down side is lack of documentation (its easy enough to figure out by following the traces, but a few more labels on the board or a graphic explaining everything would save time, at least to me as I've very new to circuit design).

Working great!

For 4-Channel MOSFET board with optional driver

100mil grid

Thanks, this board saves a lot of trouble connecting the RN2483 to my favorite controllers (pi's, samd's).
One tip though for future boards: please put all pads, and mounting holes, in a 100mil grid.
That way it's more easy to mount it on a protoboard or breadboard.
If only I could give you 4.95 stars...

ATtiny1634 Breakout board

Good quality board and very useful for the SMD ATtiny1634 for small projects and for software prototyping. Similar concept to the Arduino (and knockoffs) of the Nano and Minipro. Good idea.
I am a retired Electronics Engineer and find this much better than making my own boards for development and debugging and I do not have to wait 3-4 weeks for boards from China at questionable quality.

It might be an idea to change the pinout of the serial interface in a future revision to be 1:1 compatible with FTDI cables to support even more easy prototyping.

Specify part numbers in parts list

It would be helpful if the capacitor values were mentioned in the parts list. The datasheet is rather vague about actual values, saying only >= 4.7uF for the output capacitor, with a 0.05Ω ≤ ESR ≤ 0.5Ω rating. The input capacitor is even more vague: "Typically a large storage capacitor (0.05Ω ≤ ESR ≤ 0.5Ω) ...". For clarity, the 1206 is imperial, not metric.

The RF connectors are a real PITA to be sure you're ordering the correct ones the first time. There are a number of mounting styles for SMA connectors. This board needs a connector for a 0.062" thickness PCB, 0.1" between pins, in an "end launch" style. Having an actual part number would have saved a lot of time. BTW, the parts list says 2 SMA connectors are required, but actually only one is.

So how about adding some part numbers to parts list, please?

Thanks for the feedback, I've added the part numbers for two compatible SMA connectors that I've worked with (I know there are many others), as well as more specific suggestions for the capacitors for the regulators I recommend. That said, since the board is compatible with any of dozens of regulators available with a compatible pinout, I can't provide guidance for capacitor selection for all of the regulators that could be used - some of them are really picky about the regulator (hence the support for larger tantalum caps)

Really great time saver

dr azzy is great and his work on arduino core is commendable. The board works fine. I could not get the 8mhz crystal version to work, but at 3.3 volts the internal crystal is accurate enough for ttl, so that is what I recommend for the casual hacker. The silk screen is not great, that's really the biggest drawback, but there are resources online for determining what is happening.

Well-built boards

For RN2483 breakout (bare board)

I'm relieved to have received my 2 well-boards in South Africa after 7 weeks' shipping. Good quality construction. I tied down the RN2483 using masking tape to solder it down, but after having soldered 2 pads, I lifted the masking tape, only to rip off one of the pads from the PCB - fortunately it was one of the ground pads. Other pads soldered without problems, except for a few shorts which I had to suck off to re-do. The second board should go better :-)

Edit: I received two Rev. C boards. One of the boards show pin labelled "NC" on the top and "RST" on the bottom (between the RTS and 3V3 pins). The photos here https://www.tindie.com/products/DrAzzy/rn2483-breakout-bare-board/ seem to show label "RST" on top of bottom of the boards, which are also labeled Rev. C...? My second board is labeled correctly...

Edit#2: second board successfully built, now I have 2 working mote's, yay!

Could have been shipped in a sturdier envelope--it was falling apart--but arrived intact nonetheless.
