Item shows shipped but nothing ever happened. Be careful with ordering. Shipper didn’t confirm receipt and it looks like they didn’t ship it correctly.

In any case, if there's any issue with the shipment or product, the best thing to do is to contact me so that I can provide proper support. Since I don’t know who you are, I can’t check the status of the shipment, whether it was attempted to be delivered and you weren't there, if it was at the office waiting to be picked up, if it was returned to me, if it got lost, if I've opened an investigation claim on the shipment, if I've issued you a refund, etc. As you can see, there are many things that can be checked before writing a bad review, and it’s a shame you didn’t follow the correct procedure to resolve the issues.
If you are from the United States, you will see in the Tindie shipping information that the tracking numbers don’t work with USPS for all states, but that doesn’t mean it hasn’t been shipped, left the country of origin, entered the destination country, attempted to be delivered, etc. That’s why it’s important to request support properly to investigate what might have happened. I handle about 150 shipments a month, so it's normal for some shipments to be delayed or lost. If it happened to you, it’s simply bad luck, but again, there is always a solution.
