For Penguino STM32WL LoRa-E5 LoRa® Dev-Board
This board packs everything you need to perform LoRa/LoRaWAN Development, it has a lot of GPIO to access sensors and peripherals control. It has a STM32WLE5x MCU, Cortex M4 CPU which has enoug power. I really like it.
I consider this is a very good way to start in LoRa/LoRaWAN development, but you'll need some Development skills for STM32 devices or use their Arduino port which will need some adjustments to work on this board.
