I will tell you all the facts in my results.

At first, one week after ordering, nothing has been heard from them. They only contacted me once, a week after I placed the order, saying they were busy.
Four days later, i.e., 11 days after the order was placed, I contacted him to check on the status of the shipment, but RetroFletch still has not seen the message now.
Tindle Customer Service also sent a response request to RetroFletch, but RetroFletch has not responded.
Eventually, in accordance with The Tindie Guarantee, the shipment was finally made just as I was about to request a refund.
I had to wait almost 3 weeks for my order to be shipped. Because of international shipping, I will have to wait a few more days for the package to arrive, and in total it will take almost a month.
During that time, the only contact I received was once, and it was just "busy." This is nothing but the worst service level. I have used many different services in the past, but this is probably the lowest level of service I have ever received.
It is so lousy as a response to delays. This is in stark contrast to the speedy and gentlemanly response from Tindle Customer Service.
I'm very very angry for this near fraudulent and extremely rude response. I feel that I have wasted my time and money.
Based on these results, I think that the majority of the positive reviews for RetroFletch are fake.
Being such a seller, I don't think the product RetroFletch is selling is worthy of recognition.

I won't say anything bad about it. If your order has not been shipped after 2 weeks, you have try to consider it a scam and ask for a refund. Waiting is just a waste of time and money.

Please be careful in everyone's choice of sellers to avoid sad results like mine.
At the very least, I would never choose RetroFletch again.

It's not fair!!
Do you know how long I waited when you said you would send it immediately?
If you had a reason, you should have specifically asked me to wait this long at the beginning. But you failed to do so!
If you wanted me to be fair, you should have done something reasonable from the beginning, but you didn't do it!
If this is the case, it is no wonder that you are suspected of being a fraud, isn't it?
If you continue to be unreachable, it is only natural to be suspicious.
