I have seen this product in my searches over the past few years. I recently acquired three 2x16 LCD's for my Virtual Digital Organ to display information about functions not shown on the monitors. I had looked everywhere for nice plain bezels to use and these kept popping up in my feed whenever I searched for them. But they were THE ONLY thing appearing that matched my search description.

I went and purchased them and really like the appearance and functionality of including the break-out boards in the frame of the screws which eliminates yet another calculation when installing into my virtual organ console. All other options had to be modified in some way. Now I just wished that this producer had smaller bezels for LED bar graphs and 7-segment character displays. I will have to provide them myself!

16x2 LCD Bezel

For Adafruit 1.2" 4-Digit 7-Segment Display Bezel

The bezels shipped in a timely fashion. They are well manufactured and add a touch of professionalism to the projects. I will buy more in the future!
Wish that a larger bezel for a 7 or 8- seven segment frequency counter display was available. I would purchase in a heartbeat!

Excellent Product

It's always been a challenge for me to make my project look professional when using LCD displays. This bezel handles the job beautifully. It dressed up the display and makes your projects look extremely professional. I will be using more of these in the future.

Works Great, Looks Amazing, and Lined Up Perfectly!

Everything lined up perfectly and even shipped with a protective film on both the clear and the black bezel.

Life Saver!

I had bought an enclosure that required a 16X2 LCD cut out, but I screwed up the hole while cutting!

After a quick search, I found this Bezel which easily and beautifully covered my horrendous hole.
Enclosures are not inexpensive, so this product, to me, is a life saver and money saver too!

The quality is outstanding! No rough edges. And shipping was extremely fast!

Clear Backplate

This bezel is exactly what I needed to showcase my low power ham radio. My digital display cutout was very rough. That is, it wasn't too straight and lacked clearly defined cutout. I added this bezel and all my cutout imperfections are now hidden. What a clear change this bezel makes to the appearance of my radio. It now looks professionally done.

16x2 LCD Bezel

I seen it on someone's Bitx-40 construction, it makes the radio more professional looking especially if you cut out the hole and the lcd display doesn't fit properly or if the cut just looks a bit messy.

very nice

When I cut a hole for an LCD in plastic or metal using a Dremel tool or nibbler it comes out pretty ragged. Bezel to the rescue, and this is a nice one.

The "pro" touch !

These bezels are extremely well crafted and handy. It instantly adds a "pro" touch to any project featuring a LCD.
Moreover, the laser cut of these items is really sharp : it's perfect !

Finally My Project Look Good

These bezels even make my worst cut lcd display holes beautiful and they are large enough to cover my biggest mistakes. They are easy to install and worth every penny. I looked for them for a long time and will keep buying them.

Looks great, easy install

I try to avoid rectangular holes in project enclosures, working with hand tools I never get the fit and finish I want. This bezel is perfectly sized to expose the display area of the 20x4 display while hiding the unfinished edges of the hole. Installation was a snap and the finished product look very professional.

exactly as described, worked well

This product is exactly as described by the inventor. I would prefer four more nuts to be included in the kit to allow spacing the bezel a precise distance from the LCD circuit board otherwise the plastic bezel warps/bends on the LCD display when tightening everything down during mounting. Of course the nuts are pretty easy to source yourself at your local fastener store.

The faceplates usually ship with 8 nuts for this purpose, it's possible some nuts were left out of your package and my apologies on that one. If you need any extras i'm happy to send some your way.

Excellent LCD Stand

For 20x4 Acrylic LCD Stand Black

The stands arrived on time securely packed in a cardboard box. The stand looks very good! This would definitely be fine for the living room but I will be using it in my home office.

I plan to mount a Pi Zero (whenever I can get one!) on the back of the LCD display creating an lcdproc WiFi backpack for the display. The Pi Zero will run the display server LCDd. A MythTV backend will send data to the display using mythlcdserver. The backend is downstairs so I can keep track of it upstairs. A Pi 2 running ADSB plane spotting software will send aircraft data to the same display.

This is working using a regular Pi and a 16x2 LCD so this project is an upgrade to a 20x4 LCD and a very good looking stand.

Excellent product

Perfect finish to 16X2 LCD. I mounted it in a simple ABS project box but this thing would look good on any kind of box. The control box I built was for use in a restaurant environment so a finished look was critical and I know I couldn't have done anything close to this good (and I love that it made up for my poor Dremel skills so I didn't have to pay to have the box milled).

It shipped with protective covering on the surfaces of the bezel and the backplate and has all the hardware you need to mount. I felt like it was very reasonably priced and certainly worth every penny. I just bought 4 more for additional control boxes.

20 x 4 LCD Stand

The stand was useful generally, have used them (both the 20 x 4 and 16 x 2) for several projects and others in the office have used them, too.
Make LCDs much easier to use. Would recommend them to anybody who may use LCDs.
