never arrived and no communication from seller
For USB-C for PS4 controller
I ordered this product at the end of March 2023 and its already June 2023 and the product still hasn't arrived I sent a message on tindie and a direct email to the seller and got no response.

I still have not heard back from this seller on this site nor in an email.

the seller sent out a replacement and I received it today

I'm genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. As a one-man operation, a sudden increase in demand led to an overwhelming number of messages across all my platforms, causing me to unfortunately miss some, including yours.
I value your support immensely and want to make things right. I've started an initiative to rectify this situation and prevent it from happening again. In your case, you will also receive this email very soon. It will provide options for you to confirm receipt of your board, request a resend, or ask for a refund. Any re-sent orders will be of the new and improved version of the USB-C board, which I'm currently working on and is expected to be ready in about two weeks.
