Help needed and no answer

For Universal Cartridge for Formlabs Form 2 & Form 3

I have write to protoart like 4 time since a month ago and no answer. I bought this product Long time ago , take some time to get to my country. I dont have the instructions to setup the computer. Please if anyone can help me. They dont answer my mails.

Unfortunately I could not find any email or Tindie message from you from this year related to this issue. Please verify the email address.

Sorry to hear you have lost the instructions we include with every shipment. Please do not throw it away as it explains how to use the Universal Cartridge including a link to the software specifically for your cartridge version.

In the meantime I sent you a link through Tindie and you should have all information again to continue printing.

Works as advertised

For Universal Cartridge for Formlabs Form 2 & Form 3

Cartridge modification instructions need more close up still photos and hints about appropriate supplies (glue, etc.). Some finicky soldering with small connector so need some eye/hand coordination and soldering skills. Latest version of (larger) connector (cartridge V2) did not ship with my first order but was supplied when asked. 10 use limit annoying but by keeping tank full can be extended as needed, practically speaking, as cartriges never run out.
Overall it gets the job done.

When working with the cartridges every day it's easy to miss details sometimes. Your feedback was very welcome and we already have and are improving the instructions to make the installation process of the module more smooth and easy to use.

We are now also including the bigger chip for the V2 cartridges with every order so users with empty new type cartridges should be able to have an easy install as well!

Bad experience

For Universal cartridge for Formlabs Form 2 - old

Not working with my form3.
time and money wasted
And the software let you recharge 10 times before expire

Hello Davide,

Many users are using this product on the Form 3.

Could you please send us an email what is exactly not working? We have tested the universal cartridge last week on the Form 3 with the May 21st firmware and everything is working fine.

Please note that you have ordered more than 6 months ago. In the meantime several updates of the software have been released.

I did not receive this item

For Universal cartridge for Formlabs Form 2 - old

I have not received this item. It been over two months.
Estimate delivery date was 5/11 and it's now 6/3.
No communication.
